Melvin is a licensed real estate agent and is an accomplished sales leader and business operations manager formally with Bank of America, Enterprise Holdings, Aramark, Aspen Dental and DentaQuest. He has managed multiple dental practices and eye clinics, was responsible for designing sales strategies and operational plans to achieve the company's business goals and has won various awards in the process. With his ability to closed millions of dollars in commercial and residential real estate loans that made him the ideal candidate to lead the company's operational efforts. He also serves as the president of the Economics committee with the Men of Hope, House of Hope Atlanta, which gives him a heart for his community.
